They do not constitute certified mechanical engineering blueprints. The owner must secure in-person site inspections and signing authorization by certified civil and structural engineers licensed in Switzerland or their respective local country before conducting physical slab cuts, concrete foundation installation, or hydraulic shaft boring operations.

2. Custom Fabrication Cycle Times & Payment Protocols

Every single hydraulic engine assembly, continuous linear lock block, micro-step circular rotation core, and heavy-duty elevator chassis is fabricated on a custom bespoke model. Standard build cycles range from 2 weeks for minor actuators to 12 weeks for complex dual-cylinder subterranean elevators. Fabrication initiates solely upon receiving formal structural sign-off and 50% deposit confirmation from an authorized financial corporate institution or family office representative.

3. 10-Year Swiss Engineering Mechanical Warranty

We take pride in our Swiss metallurgical standards. Every product is covered by our robust 10-Year Mechanical Structural warranty, protecting against hydraulic fluid seal failure, structural metal fatigue, cylinder misalignment, and lock shear degradation under regular operating loads. This warranty is strictly contingent on the installation being managed by a certified vaultiqengin field partner and undergoing annual maintenance audits carried out by our Zürich headquarters field team.

4. Force Majeure and High-Security Contingencies

Our kinetic machinery is engineered to resist catastrophic external stress, including regional seismic ground shifting up to 8.2 on the Richter scale, direct electromagnetic pulse (EMP) occurrences, and complete commercial grid disruption. However, vaultiqengin shall not be held liable for access delays or physical building alignment shifts arising from tectonic shifts, military-grade acts of war, or structural load collapses of foundations not built directly to our specified structural safety envelopes.

5. Intellectual Property and CAD Blueprints

All mechanical designs, active fluid flow valves, internal gear geometries, logic loop patterns, and proprietary CAD model schemas hosted on this server are protected under patent registries held by vaultiqengin in Switzerland and internationally. Unauthorized reverse-engineering, digital replication, or unlicensed installation of our mechanical bypass valve assemblies is strictly prohibited under international copyright and industrial intellectual property codes.

6. Secure Dispatch & Swiss Federal Legal Venue

These terms and conditions are strictly regulated under the laws of the Swiss Confederation. Any legal dispute, claim, or structural liability disagreement relating to our physical access drives, safe locking cores, or engineering consulting services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the cantonal court of Zürich, Switzerland.
